Sometimes, it is a case of becoming more consciously self aware of the path we take towards reinstating these unwanted habits and conditioned responses. Generally they are linked to anxiety and stress.

As a highly qualified practitioner I want to help you towards change. I use varied and appropriate techniques to help you to become more consciously self aware of the triggers and any ongoing past history or beliefs which may be holding you back. This is the first stage, towards change.
